Fatima was born in Begoro, Eastern Region, Ghana; however, when her parents got divorced, she ran to live with her father in Accra at the age of five. Due to finances, she and her two siblings ended up growing up in an orphanage care home in Medie, Nsawam. Also, in 2021 Fatima moved from the orphanage to independent living.
