This is the reposado expression from the Se Busca Mezcal range, which was named as a tribute to the women who fought in the Mexican Revolution for a new constitution. The oak has helped to develop the spirit's flavour profile, introducing vanilla and spice to the earthy agave.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt Buttery vanilla softens the powerful agave earthiness, but doesn't stop it completely. Soft cedar fragrance and a hint of cinnamon.
