He was born on November 25, 2000, at Ridge Hospital, Accra, Ghana. He is from the Brong Ahafo Region of Ghana. He is of mixed descent, as Ahmed Banda (father) is Ghanaian and Piyawan Banda (mother) is from Thailand; thus, Rahim has a unique cultural background.
Rahim is the youngest of three children. His two older sisters are Fati Banda (an entrepreneur) and Asha Banda (studying political science and French at the University of Ghana). Also, Rahim’s greatest supporters are his family.
