Elikem was born on November 7, 1988 in Dzorwulu, Accra and was raised in a family of six children. He is the fifth born to Mr. Kumordzie and Madam Victoria Jiagge. Sadly, he lost his father at the age of 11, and his mother was instrumental in forming who he became.
Elikem started at Kay Billie Klaer Academy, then went to Englebert Junior high school, then he went to St. Thomas Aquinas junior high school and studied the Business program. After that he graduated to higher education and attended the University of Ghana, Legon, then did a three-month fashion design course at Uberglam Fashion Design School in South Africa.

Elikem has three children. He has one son, Elikem Tristan Tasimba Kumordzie, from a previous marriage to Pokello Nare, an ex-housemate on Big Brother Africa. He has two children called Elikplim and a daughter with his current partner, Hajara Nsoh (a Ghanaian model, entrepreneur, and content creator).
